The personal information (consisting of identifying information, the product and professional sectors to which they belong and their email address) has been collected and recorded in an electronic archive and are automatically extracted to be used to send commercial notifications or promotional messages for goods or services in the name of the customers who have entered into a specific service contract with our company;
2. For each customer a promotional campaign is planned, implemented without transferring to the customer or to third parties the information collected and held, which always remains available exclusively to Raffaele Caruso Spa;
3. You may, at any time, exercise the rights according to article 7 of the law on privacy by calling the number +39 0524 512711 or by sending a request to the email address:caruso@carusomenswear.com. 4. If you wish to be removed permanently from the database established and managed by Raffaele Caruso Spa, you can send an email to caruso@carusomenswear.com, specifically indicating the email address (or all the addresses coming under a domain, within your availability) which you want to be removed: in this way we can satisfy your request. A message will confirm the permanent cancellation from our database.
